I RECEIVED THIS SHOE LAST WEEK AND AM WEARING IT NOW. IT IS AS COMFORTABLE AS A LEATHER SNEAKER ON THE BOTTOM, VERY CUSHIONED. THE UPPER IS PLIABLE AND THE COLOR IS SUBLIME. BECAUSE MY BIG TOE IS THE LONGEST I FIND THE SHOE TO BE ABOUT 1/8 INCH TOO SHORT. I KNOW THAT WITH WEARING IT WILL ACCOMODATE MY TOE BUT BECAUSE OF THE ROUNDNESS OF THE SHOE'S TOE, THINK ABOUT GETTING 1/2 SIZE UP IF YOU HAVE LONG TOES.

I originally purchased this shoe in two colors on another website, but had to return it due to being too short. They did not have a size up. The shoe seemed to have a great potential for comfort, with its thick soles curved just right to allow you to walk without contorting your hips, and with the fabric upper strong enough to hold its shape, but soft enough to snuggly cradle your foot.
You can imagine how excited I was when I saw it in a size up on Amazon. However, the shoe turned out once again to be a poor fit. Despite seemingly being too large this time (I could insert a thumb between my heel and the shoe), my toes could not fit and I had to curl them in order to walk. I think the issue is poor proportion of the toe box to the rest of the shoe. Due to the way the fabric upper is applied, I don't see a way for the shoe to strech lengthwise.
Regrettably, the shoe had to go back...

I had high hopes after reading the description. I needed stylish heels that would be comfortable for walking and traveling (all day). I wanted to travel light so I required a versatile style as well- dress, jeans, etc. I expected the uppers to be all fabric, therefore very flexible and giving. Instead, the uppers constricted my toes because it was lined in leather which was too tight. I wish Taryn Rose would make cute shoes with ALL stretchy fabric-supportive; but giving on the uppers. It would be like wearing socks. I haven't found a stylish shoe yet that does this. I found ugly, clunky clogs; but that's not me. I once owned a pair of Munros that had stretchy uppers; but the heel's too low. Currently I'm trying to "break in" a pair of gentle souls by Kenneth Cole- cute; but still not the most comfortable.
