This is the best walking shoe I have ever worn(and I have tried many).It has great cushioning and provides excellent stability.It would be a perfect "healthy" shoe if you worry about plantar fascitis or overpronation,with superior comfort as a bonus.Some may complain the shoes are heavy which may be related to the generous cushioning.

...Because nothing manmade is absolutely perfect, however these come close. My doctor diagnosed me with recent onset of plantar faciitis (sp?) and I walk for a living basically. So when Dr. Schol's heel inserts specifically for that condition did not work, I purchased these shoes. I had previously discovered Etonic's Minado MC running shoe was some of the most comfortable footwear I'd ever worn, so I decided to give these a try. My work calls for black shoes, so they fit the bill in that respect as well, they have a casual dress appearance to them. For anyone in the service industry I HIGHLY recommend these shoes. My first pair has not worn out yet, but I've purchased an additional 3 pairs. I hate when I find something I like and then a company decides to discontinue a product. This way I've got plenty of leeway. Being all black leather, only issue I have is on warmer days, they do not breathe enough for me. So I will have to purchase costly polypro or lite silk socks, something of that nature. But, I am extremely satisfied with them overall!

Hi, I was looking for a rocker sole shoe. I have one fused first metatarsal joint ( on the big toe) in my foot and the other side needs to be fused. So I was trying to find something to give me some relief while walking around a factory. The shoes are definately an improvement for me. The rocker bottom helps. I was checking out MBT's and decided to give these a shot first as the price is much better. I do not feel the shoes are all that heavy.
They work well for me.

SHOES SEEM TO BE OF GOOD QUALITY BUT THE DESCRIPTION DOESN'T INCLUDE THE FACT THAT THEY WEIGH ABOUT 2 POUNDS EACH. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WEARING DONT SEEM TO PROVIDE THE COMFORT THAT WAS TOUTED. SO GRAB A PAIR AND GET OUT THERE AND DRAG YOUR FEET ACROSS TOWN.
